Promoting a healthy lifestyle

GTNI believes that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind.

Accordingly, students and staff were asked to participate in tuning in to exercise at the same time with Joe Wicks whenever their schedules allowed them to. Setting a specific time for all GTNI members to join the class was a gentle reminder that we are all in this pandemic together.

As the Corona Virus pandemic continues, many fitness coaches are helping people stay active and incorporating exercise into people’s daily routine by offering free online workout classes.

Exercise improves mental health; we have learnt that amid the fear, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, through exercise and following a healthy diet, can help eliminate stress.
